Admission

The Admission Process at Bajrang International School is designed to be smooth, transparent, and supportive for every family. Our dedicated Admissions Team is here to guide you through each step, answer your questions, and ensure a hassle-free experience from inquiry to enrollment.

Step 1: Submit online enquiry

The Enquiry form can be submitted online. Our Admissions counsellor will reach out to you within 24 hours* of submitting the online enquiry form.
(*Bearing exceptions of Sundays and National holidays)

Step 2: Admissions Counselling and School Tour

Our Admissions Counsellor will connect with you to discuss the curriculum, school facilities, academic vision, and answer any questions you may have. Families are also invited for a guided school tour to experience our classrooms, learning spaces, labs, and sports areas firsthand.

Step 3: Application Form

Parents can proceed with the application by completing the official Admission Form. The form should be filled accurately with all required details about the student and family to initiate the admission review process..

Step 4: Interaction with the Programme Coordinator & Submission of Documents

Once the application is received, the school will schedule an interaction with the Programme Coordinator. This meeting helps us understand the child’s learning style and academic background. Parents must also submit the necessary documents such as birth certificate, previous school records, ID proofs, and photographs at this stage.

Step 5: Admission Notification

After reviewing the interaction and submitted documents, the school will notify parents of the admission status. Successful applicants will receive an offer of admission along with further instructions for completing the process.

Step 6: Fee Submission

To confirm the admission, parents must submit the required fees within the stipulated timeline. Once payment is completed, the child’s admission is officially secured and onboarding details will be shared by the school.
