Bajrang International School – Transport Policy

Safe & Well-Maintained Fleet

All vehicles are inspected and serviced on a scheduled basis to comply with safety and environmental standards.
Each bus is fitted with GPS tracking and a speed governor to monitor location and ensure safe driving speeds.
Every vehicle carries a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher and an emergency communication list.
Children are only permitted to board and exit the bus at authorized stops unless prior written permission is given by the school.

Pick-Up and Drop-Off Guidelines

Students should be at their designated pick-up point 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
Parents/guardians are requested to be available at the drop-off point to receive their child. If no guardian is present, the child will be returned to school unless prior written instructions are provided.
Requests for temporary or permanent changes to pick-up/drop-off points must be submitted to the Transport Coordinator in writing at least 48 hours in advance.
For the safety of all students, drivers will not accept or hand over children to unauthorized persons without written permission from the parent/guardian.

Qualified Drivers & Support Staff

Drivers are vetted, hold valid licences, and receive regular training in defensive driving and child safety.
Each bus is assigned a trained attendant. A female attendant will be present on every bus to assist younger children and ensure student welfare.
Staff receive training in emergency procedures, student management and effective communication with parents.

Student Discipline & Safety Rules

Students must remain seated while the bus is moving and wear seat belts where fitted.
Students will obey the driver and bus attendant at all times.
Eating, drinking, and throwing items inside or out of the bus are strictly prohibited.
Any damage to school property or the bus caused intentionally by a student will be charged to the parents/guardians.
Repeated misbehavior may result in temporary or permanent suspension of transport privileges.
